Terms of Service

1. About TCG IMS

TCG IMS (Inventory Management System) is a web application operated by Fantasy TCG that helps trading card game retailers, vendors, and collectors track inventory, manage pricing, log vendor show expenses, and export data. The service is accessible at tcgims.com and through the TCG IMS app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TCG IMS. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current. If you are using TCG IMS on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Accounts

Registration

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

Account accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe information is false or misleading.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data will be removed from our systems. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

4. Guest Access

TCG IMS offers a free 24-hour guest trial. Guest access is limited to one trial per IP address per 7-day period. Guest data is stored in your browser's local storage only and is not synced to the cloud — it may be lost if you clear your browser data. Export functionality is not available during guest access. Attempts to circumvent guest trial limits (including use of VPNs or proxies to reset the trial period) are a violation of these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

TCG IMS offers three paid plans:

Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you selected. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added depending on your location.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from Settings → Manage Subscription within the app. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

One-Day Access purchases are non-refundable once access is granted. For monthly and yearly subscriptions, refund requests within 48 hours of a charge may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@fantasytcg.com. We reserve the right to decline refund requests outside this window.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase to active subscribers via email. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TCG IMS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Overload, disrupt, or impair the infrastructure supporting the service
• Circumvent technical measures designed to limit access (including guest trial enforcement)
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to TCG IMS without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the inventory data, vendor records, and other content you enter into TCG IMS. By using the service, you grant Fantasy TCG a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we recommend exporting your inventory regularly using the built-in Export function.

8. Intellectual Property

TCG IMS, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Fantasy TCG and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Third-party trademarks referenced in the app (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. TCG IMS is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card game publisher.

9. Third-Party Services

TCG IMS integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Fantasy TCG is not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.

10. Disclaimers

TCG IMS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Market prices, valuations, and related data displayed in TCG IMS are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or business advice. Fantasy TCG is not responsible for any decisions made based on data within the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy TCG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use TCG IMS, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy TCG and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of TCG IMS, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fantasy TCG operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration rather than court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of TCG IMS after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
